Hazeltaste is an editorial and consultancy entity and does not function as a direct transport carrier, flight charterer, licensed motorhome rental proprietor, or commercial accommodation provider.

Where bespoke expedition blueprints are commissioned, payment terms, cancellation policies, and deliverable schedules will be itemised prior to binding commitment. All consultancy fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. Travel blueprints delivered in digital format are custom-crafted and non-refundable once compilation has commenced.
Outdoor recreation, alpine traverses, hiking, and driving across rural New Zealand involve inherent environmental hazards including, without limitation, flash flooding, landslips, rapid sub-zero temperature drops, river swelling, volcanic eruptions, and sudden road closures. All trail advice, drive estimates, and safety advisories published on Hazeltaste are provided for general informational purposes on an "as-is" basis.
You are solely responsible for verifying real-time trail status with the Department of Conservation (DOC), inspecting weather bulletins via MetService NZ, and carrying adequate satellite emergency beacons and safety gear.
All textual content, original photography, custom route maps, logo emblems, styling, and code structures published on hazeltaste.shop remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hazeltaste. No portion of this site may be reproduced, redistributed, mirrored, or utilized for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, Hazeltaste, its scouts, and editors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to this site, reliance on published itineraries, personal injuries incurred while navigating trails, vehicle breakdowns, or cancellations enacted by third-party transport operators.
